Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Compression of the median nerve that causes irritation and inflammation of the median nerve as it traverses the carpal tunnel (wrist) and is generally associated with numbness, tingling, and weakness of the wrist, hand, and grip muscles.

Symptoms

  • Numbness, tingling, and pins and needles that wakes you up at night. Some relief is felt with “flicking” of the wrist.
  • Weakness at the hand and gripping.
