Considering that:

1. Face masks or coverings are required for everyone entering our office, including those that are vaccinated. See CDC face mask guidelines.
2. COVID symptom screenings are required for any individual entering our offices.
3. Follow-up patients that are waiting for Covid-19 test results can request to be evaluated via telemedicine appointment.
4. If a patient has a Covid-19 positive test result, they can be treated or evaluated in person when at least 10 days have passed since the first Covid positive test and they have been 24 hours fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.

We ask that if you are visiting us for the first time, you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork.
